The students in Mrs. Semmler, Mrs. Krahn, and Ms. Nicolaou’s grade ¾ classes will be hosting our Remembrance Day Assembly on Wednesday, November 8 beginning at 10:30 am. This assembly will recognize and honour the importance of Remembrance Day. Parents of students in grades 3 and 4 are invited to attend. Students who have a Scouts or Guides uniform are welcome to wear these for this special assembly.

Poppy Collection

Students in grade 3 and 4 are collecting money for the Poppy Fund from Nov 1 to 8. The money raised will assist needy veterans, their widows and children. By wearing a poppy, you are showing your respect for our Veterans and the sacrifices they made so that we can enjoy the freedom we have today. All students will be given a poppy for our Remembrance Day Assembly. Please donate.
