Thanks to support from the Woodlands School Council, students in Grades K-6 will be participating in a residency that supports wellness and the learning of high quality outdoor play experiences. Students will need to be prepared to be outside for activities on the school yard or walking to pre-selected areas in Fish Creek Park. The residency starts on Monday, September 14 and is rescheduled from October last year.

Nature Play is all about enhancing and promoting healthy child development. We provide play experiences for the children, professional learning for the teachers, and guidance for how to use the power of nature play to support learning and wellness for the entire school population.

Nature Play will work with classes Sept 14-21.  Each class will receive 2 60-minute blocks that will take your class into Fish Creek.
